- FOB Factory: Once an order leaves our facility, the ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the carrier.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Standard Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped based on production schedules and availability. We strive to meet all requested ship dates.
- Expedited Shipping: Rush shipping is available for select products. Please contact us to confirm availability and additional costs.
- Estimated Transit Times:
- Ground Shipping: 1-7 business days depending on location
- Expedited (2-Day, Overnight, etc.): Options available upon request
- International Shipping: Varies based on country and customs clearance
Note: While we guarantee a specific ship date, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or condition of the goods once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Handling Fees
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Handling Fee: A standard handling fee is applied to each order.
- Drop-Ship Locations: Orders requiring multiple shipping destinations will incur an additional fee per additional location.
- Third-Party Shipping Accounts: If you prefer to ship using your own UPS or third-party account number, a processing fee will be applied per shipment.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally; however, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations.
- Delivery times may vary depending on country-specific clearance processes.
Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped.
- Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments and contact the carrier for any delivery-related inquiries.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Once an order is handed over to the carrier, Brighter Promotions is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
- If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist in providing shipment details for your claim.
